-Homemade Baked Cheese Tart-
Our first attempt to bake these cheese tarts and it was a success (in my opinion)
The crust has a fairly crispy texture and the cheese tart filling is just so good that I think there is no point to queue up for an hour and buy it in shops in HK!
The melted cheese ran out slowly when cut it into half, the sweetness is moderate. Nevertheless, the cheese flavour could be slightly stronger
